By visiting frikum.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the policies they refer to, including our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1 – Using Our Store

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in breach of any law. You must not upload viruses or any other harmful code. If you break these Terms, we may end your access to the website.

2 – General Conditions

We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the website without our written permission. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only.

3 – Accuracy of Information

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, photos and prices accurate and up to date. Product information comes from the manufacturers; if we find an error, we correct it. Occasionally a mistake may still appear — see section 9.

4 – Prices and Changes

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. We may add, change or discontinue products or features of the website.

5 – Products and Returns

Product colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may limit the quantity of a product sold per customer or order. All purchases are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy (30-day returns with free return shipping).

6 – Product Authenticity

All products sold on frikum.com are genuine and brand new, sourced from the manufacturers or from U.S. wholesale distributors. We never sell imitation, counterfeit or replica products. FRIKUM LLC is an official authorized dealer of the brands we carry, with the exception of Ryobi, for which we are not an authorized dealer. Manufacturer warranties apply where the manufacturer offers them — see Warranty Information.

7 – Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you place an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that your billing details are correct. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first — we will do our best to resolve it quickly. We may dispute chargebacks that we believe are not legitimate.

8 – Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may link to other websites (for example, manufacturer pages or carrier tracking). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Please read their terms before using them.

9 – Errors and Omissions

Occasionally the website may contain typographical errors in product descriptions, prices, shipping times or availability. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and give you a full refund. We will always tell you by email if this happens.

If you send us comments, suggestions or product reviews, you allow us to use them without payment. Reviews must be honest and must not contain unlawful, offensive or misleading content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

These Terms apply until ended by you or by us. You can end them at any time by stopping use of the website. We may end them if you break these Terms. Obligations that arose before termination (such as payment for orders already placed) still apply.

These Terms and the policies posted on this website are the entire agreement between you and FRIKUM LLC about your use of the website. If we do not enforce a right, that does not waive it.
