Big equipment, bought online, without the guesswork

Frikum is a small online retailer in Tooele, Utah. We sell the kind of equipment that doesn't fit in a shopping bag: greenhouses, sheds, gazebos and pergolas, saunas and cold plunges, snow blowers, log splitters and wood chippers, car lifts, mowers, generators, electric bikes and trampolines.

These are purchases people think about for weeks. A 4-post lift has to match your garage ceiling. A greenhouse has to survive your winter. A shed needs a base before it needs a roof. That's the part we try to get right: giving you the real numbers before you order, not after the truck shows up.

How we choose what to list

We don't list everything we could. Every product here comes from a manufacturer we can actually stand behind, and the description, specifications and photos come straight from that manufacturer, not from a marketing writer guessing at the details. If a spec sheet says the splitting force is 27 tons, that's what our page says.

We check prices against the brand's own pricing. When a brand runs a sale, you see the sale. When a model is discontinued, we take it down instead of leaving it up to collect orders we can't fill.

What happens after you order

Shipping is free on every U.S. order, and the price on the product page is the price you pay — no tax or surprise fees at checkout.

Most large items travel by freight truck. That means a delivery appointment, a driver who brings the shipment to your curb or driveway, and a few minutes of your time to check the boxes before you sign. We say this plainly on every product page and in our Freight Shipping Policy, because the worst moment to learn how freight works is when the truck is already outside.

If something arrives damaged, send us a photo. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund, and you won't be asked to fight the carrier yourself.

Returns that don't punish you for changing your mind

You have 30 days. Return shipping is on us — we email you a prepaid label — and we don't charge restocking fees. If the product turned out to be the wrong size for your space, that's a reason to return it, not an argument to have.

Ask us the awkward questions before you buy: whether that lift will clear your ceiling, whether that greenhouse holds up under snow, how long the freight carrier usually takes to your ZIP code. We would much rather talk you out of the wrong product than ship it to you.
